Job Description
Standard Bots is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships in the mid-US Midwest. This remote role requires a strong understanding of automation technologies and collaboration with engineering, product, and sales teams. The role involves identifying leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
