Requirements
- Identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities to boost performance and growth
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and controls
- Manage opportunities and risks related to Acquisition, Deepening, and Client Centre teams
- Collaborate across business units and functions
- Support the Line Manager in identifying and addressing priority issues and growth opportunities
