The Director, Resilience Risk, Strategy & Change will be responsible for managing operational, technology, and cyber risk across the enterprise, supporting the provision of SME knowledge, clear direction, and recommendations on how to effectively manage recovery, resolution, and restructuring in Phoenix.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of relevant key regulations on Operational Continuity in Resolution
- Expert knowledge of Change Risk Management
- Competence and experience in Project Management
- Ability to collate, analyze, and opine on disparate information
- Core knowledge in Continuity and Restructuring and Operational Risk Management
- Continuity & Crisis Management
- Technology & Cyber Risk Management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to articulate problem statements and proposed resolutions
