Principle Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hands-on Principal Engineer to design, develop, and oversee enterprise application platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware technologies and data engineering, with a focus on creating and rearchitecting scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Design and implement enterprise application platforms that support business needs and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Refactor and re-architect existing legacy middleware applications to align with modern architectural standards and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain middleware solutions to enable seamless integration between various enterprise systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Ensure data engineering best practices are followed, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in middleware, data engineering, and enterprise architecture.
