SLP - Engineering

The Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program (SLP) is a high-profile rotational program for recent graduates with Engineering internship experience and a relevant degree. You'll work in three 8-month rotations in Engineering, Product Management, and Operations at different facilities across the United States. The program offers invaluable experiences for early-career associates seeking challenging developmental opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of one internship experience in an Engineering related role
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience (including internship/co-op experiences)
• Willing to relocate to business locations within the same region
• Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors, and core professional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and accountability
• Passion and curiosity for function and industry
• Software and program experience preferred: SAP, 3D CAD; CATIA, DeepHow, etc.
