Job Description
The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales within furniture, technology, and supplies, and uphold store standards. Responsibilities include handling transactions, managing merchandising, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. The role focuses on customer needs, technical product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to de-escalate customer situations
