Job Description
The Sales Associate role involves providing excellent customer service, driving sales in furniture, technology, and supplies, meeting sales and margin goals, and upholding store standards. Responsibilities include handling transactions, de-escalating customer issues, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Some skills in handling complex customer situations
