Senior Roller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Roller to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis to operate and maintain heavy equipment, specifically rollers, to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of construction projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating rollers in a construction environment
• Valid heavy equipment operator license
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
