We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Roller to join our team on a full-time basis, responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, specifically rollers, to ensure smooth and efficient construction operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating rollers in a construction setting
• Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
