Job Description
StarRez is seeking a results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Regional Account Executive, you will build strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals, and be responsible for expanding our regional presence, prospecting new clients, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex contracts and deal structures
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong time management and organizational skills
- A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office or Google Workspace tools
