The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the licensing and regulatory processes for a department. This position involves coordinating the processing, verification, and approval of applications for licenses, certifications, or permits, ensuring that all licensing procedures are compliant with state laws and regulations.

• Manage phone calls compassionately and patiently from complainant
• Strong skills in using office software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to sit and read for prolong periods of time.
