The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking a Human Resource Specialist/LR-SES to join its Office of Employee Relations. The role requires strong critical thinking and analysis skills, organization, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The position plays a key role in supporting managers, supervisors, and employees on employee and labor relations matters.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of professional experience in employee relations or other human resources functional area
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce accurate, clear, and well-organized correspondence, reports, and other documentation
• Ability to analyze information, apply policies and procedures, and make sound recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with others in a professional manner
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and provide timely responses while maintaining organization and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
