The State of Florida is seeking a Personnel Services Specialist/HR-SES to provide expertise in human resource management, classification, pay, and position control. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the State of Florida Classification/Broadband System and current State Personnel Human Resource System.
Requirements
- Independently analyzes, prepares, and finalizes classification packages.
- Analyze, review, and assist in recommending approval/disapproval of pay change requests.
- Investigate and analyze problems and concerns relative to classification, pay, and position control.
- Updates and maintains (HRIS) human resource information system to keep accurate records of agency positions.
- Acts as back up for Reporting responsibilities such as generating and posting monthly personnel reports.
- Acts as back up for Job Advertisement responsibilities such as creating and providing job advertisements to People First for posting as needed.
