The OPS Customer Service Specialist will assess customer needs and provide service and referrals as appropriate, evaluate education, training and experience and register applicants, and refer customers to job openings, training opportunities and other employment related services.

Requirements

• Interview and assess customer needs and provide service or referral as appropriate
• Evaluate education, training and experience and register applicants
• Refer customers to job openings, training opportunities and other employment related services
• Make calls to employers to promote office program and make job development contacts
• Provide personalized services for Recruiting Agreement employers and maintain interest card files
• Arrange and schedule testing employer's request
• May administer and score the General Aptitude Test Battery
