OPS FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER - 64858349

The OPS Family Support Worker provides basic breastfeeding information and support to new mothers, counsels WIC pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, and keeps accurate records of all contacts made with WIC mothers. The worker also assists with prenatal classes and breastfeeding support groups, and performs other duties as assigned in support of the Agency's mission and vision.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
• Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner
• Knowledge of data entry and/or documentation practices
• Experience working with computers and basic office equipment
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
