OPS FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER - 64954132

The State of Florida is seeking an OPS Family Support Worker to provide basic social services and direct WIC Program Breastfeeding education to WIC participants in Putnam County. The incumbent will have authorized access to confidential client records and software applications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic arithmetic
• Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness
• Ability to organize and maintain filing systems
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
• Knowledge of office procedures and practices
• Ability to deal with the public in a tactful, courteous, and effective manner
• Ability to lift 40 pounds (computers, etc.)
• Knowledge of software applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to navigate the internet for research
