Case Aide (Social Service Assistant)

The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking a Case Aide (Social Service Assistant) to join their Gresham office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to caseworkers, gather and enter information, and assist with risk and safety assessments. The role requires a valid driver's license, one year of experience in human services or behavioral health, or an associate degree in any field.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• One year of experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting
• Associate degree in any field
• Previous child welfare experience
• Previous experience providing various levels of supervision and support for children & families
• Professional documentation skills
• Task organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proficient in computer applications
