Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a field related to human service
- One year of Human Services related experience
- Completion of coursework equivalent to certification consistent with Oregon Caseworker Competency
- Associate degree and two years of Human Services related experience
- Ability to screen and assess clients' needs, prepare and maintain thorough records, and demonstrate understanding of working with diverse populations
