Manufactured Structure Ownership Specialist (Administrative Specialist 1)

The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) is seeking a Manufactured Structure Ownership Specialist (Administrative Specialist 1) to provide administrative support to the Manufactured Home Ownership Documents System (MHODS) Program. The ideal candidate will have two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience, or an associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience.

Requirements

• Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience
• OR an associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typing and operating office equipment
• Experience with Excel and Access
• Ability to organize information and prepare reports
• Ability to operate a computer terminal to enter, update, correct, and retrieve information
