Litigation Scanning Coordinator (Administrative Specialist 1)

The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) is seeking a Litigation Scanning Coordinator (Administrative Specialist 1) to support the Administrative Services Division (ASD) Manager by managing the capture of all final litigation orders. The successful candidate will have experience in records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data, as well as knowledge of KOFAX or similar indexing software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
• An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
