Research, Analysis, and Statistics Manager (RASM1)

Oregon Housing & Community Services is seeking a Research, Analysis, and Statistics Manager (RASM1) to lead a team of researchers, analyze and organize program and external data, and provide data-informed perspectives to strategic planning work.

Requirements

• Five years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or two years of related experience
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Skilled in overseeing research methodologies, ensuring data integrity, and implementing ethical standards in analysis and reporting
• Highly proficient in presenting information verbally and in writing
• Experience promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
