Production Analyst (LS3)

Oregon Housing & Community Services is looking for a Production Analyst (Loan Specialist 3) to work in Salem and/or Portland, OR. The role involves making decisions to effectively use loan funding and grant resources, and working with project sponsors and development teams to develop affordable housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three years of experience in loan analysis and underwriting, or equivalent experience and education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or related field
• Three years' experience analyzing and underwriting residential, commercial, or public sector loans
• Experience building productive relationships with developers
• Knowledge of general principles and practices related to real estate development
• Skill and ability to manage complex data management and data analysis
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data and information
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse education and cultural backgrounds
• Experience promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices in the workplace
