Sales Enablement Manager

Stay22 is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to help our revenue teams sell smarter, faster, and more consistently. The role will enable our commercial organization to clearly articulate Stay22's value, confidently navigate complex partner conversations, and continuously improve performance as we scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM role
• Experience enabling fast-moving and scaling sales teams
• Ability to identify skills gaps and create coaching plans
• Understanding of various sales frameworks and how they are applied in the sales process
• Strong storytelling and messaging instincts — you can make complex products simple and compelling
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient with Hubspot or Salesforce
• Builder mentality — you enjoy creating structure where little exists
• Pragmatic and execution-focused — done is better than perfect
• Empathetic toward commercial teams and deeply curious about customer needs
• Energized by collaboration and continuous improvement
