We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations team at Trustly. The role involves designing and running onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, sharpening our commercial narrative, building high-impact content, and driving measurable impact. You'll be working closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to shape how Trustly's value proposition is positioned, understood, and applied in real customer conversations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training within SaaS, Fintech, or a similarly complex B2B environment
- Comfortable with enterprise sales, understanding long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and non-linear deal journeys
- Credible and clear, able to stand in front of senior sellers, earn trust quickly, and turn strategy into practical execution
- Data-minded, caring about outcomes, not activity, and knowing how to use data to show what's working and what's not
- Strong operator, able to run initiatives end-to-end, balance priorities, and keep momentum without needing constant direction
- Tech-savvy, with Salesforce experience and comfortable working with tools like Gong
