Job Description
Steampunk is seeking a Cloud Architect to deliver cloud migration, optimization, and deployment features. This role involves identifying optimal cloud solutions, designing cloud environments, and automating development processes. The ideal candidate will be a leader with 8-10 years of experience in cloud platforms, DevOps, and infrastructure as code. They should contribute to system security and work closely with developers.
Requirements
- U.S. Government Security Clearance
- BS in IT (or equivalent and 2 years IT experience)
- 10+ Years of total experience
- 8 Years of Experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions
- 8 Years of Experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- 8 Years of Experience with systems development in an Agile environment
- 8 Years of Experience implementing infrastructure as code and orchestration
- 5 Years of Experience in several of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytics
- Solution Architect Certification, or equivalent, in at least two clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle)
