Job Description
Steampunk is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs for federal clients, leveraging human-centered design principles. Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
- 4+ years of experience in Education, Training, HR, or related field
- Thorough knowledge of the full training life cycle
- Knowledge of contemporary learning management software platforms
- Experience with traditional and modern training methods
- Experience with project-based learning environment
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and strong analytical skills
