As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding and training program in support of our Federal client.
Requirements
- Outline and understand end users to create training appropriate to meet their diverse needs
- Analyze existing training materials and business processes to identify learning gaps/needs and opportunities for improvement
- Research appropriate learning content and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to structure learning paths
- Develop interactive and engaging training materials using a variety of modalities (videos, user guides, gamified learning, etc.) with learner theories in mind (ADDIE, Bloom’s, SAM, etc.) to create dynamic learning experiences
- Determine utilization of knowledge checks and compliance tracking
- Lead the training development and delivery
- Establish metrics and measure user adoption
- Facilitate learning management system administration, usage, and develop feedback loop for enhancement
- Consider long-term governance for sustaining training programs and materials
