Salesforce Technical Lead

The Steampunk Salesforce Technical Lead will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce implementations. This role involves supporting Salesforce.com configuration, data migration, and handling various projects under Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
• 8+ years total experience
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool
• Must have proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Service
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust security clearance
• Salesforce development and implementation experience
• Holding current Min Platform Dev II & App Arch cert
• Experience with Java-based applications
• Experience with VSCode with Salesforce DX and Git version control
• Experience delivering a Salesforce projects using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
• Experience with Communities and Flows
• Experience declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightening development
• Able to translate user stories into working software
• Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
