Job Description
This Salesforce Technical Lead role involves translating business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. The role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including data migration, administration, and support. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Salesforce developer with experience in Salesforce development tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- 8+ years total experience
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure
- Proven knowledge and application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Service
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain government Public Trust security clearance
- Must have current Min Platform Dev II & App Arch cert
- Experience with Java-based applications
- Experience with VSCode with Salesforce DX and Git version control
- Experience delivering a Salesforce projects using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Experience with Communities and Flows
- Experience with declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightening development
- Able to translate user stories into working software
