Salesforce Technical Lead / Sr. Developer

This Salesforce Technical Lead/Senior Developer role will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using the Salesforce platform. The role involves developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining Salesforce implementations, including Salesforce.com configuration, data migration, and integrations. Responsibilities include adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
• 8+ years total experience
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure
• Proven knowledge of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Service
• Eligible to obtain and maintain and government Public Trust security clearance
• Salesforce development and implementation experience
• Minimum hold current Min Platform Dev II & App Arch cert
• Experience with Java-based applications
• Experience with VSCode with Salesforce DX and Git version control
• Experience delivering a Salesforce projects using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
• Experience with Communities and Flows
• Experience declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightening development
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
• Initiative to recommend process improvements
• Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
