Job Description
Steelhead Management, a full-service property management company, is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to support their rapidly growing portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets in Richmond, VA. The role involves managing apartment community maintenance, including repairs, turnover, and preventative maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Partner with the Property Manager to ensure maintenance functions are performed properly and promptly.
- Respond to all on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily.
