Job Description
Steelhead Management is seeking a motivated Service Technician to maintain and repair properties within a rapidly growing property management organization. The position involves general maintenance, troubleshooting, apartment turnover, and preventative maintenance at The Horizon at Springdale Park in Richmond, VA. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in apartment maintenance including basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repair.
- Painting and drywall repair experience.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude & effective communication skills.
- Basic tools for the trade.
- HVAC certification preferred (CFC Universal).
