Job Description
SteelHead Management is seeking a highly motivated Service Technician for a rapidly growing property management organization specializing in class-A assets in urban environments. The role involves general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, apartment turnover, and preventative maintenance, with full-time work and an opportunity for career growth within a dynamic team. The technician will report to the Service Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in apartment maintenance
- Basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repair experience
- Painting and drywall repair experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Ability to respond to on-call emergencies
- HVAC certification preferred (CFC Universal)
