Job Description
SteelHead Management, a full-service property management company, is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join their growing team in Richmond, VA. The role involves managing the financial and operational aspects of a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. The ideal candidate will be a team player focused on maximizing owner returns through increased distributions and asset value.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to understand financial goals and manage assets in the owners' best interest.
- Ability to prepare annual budgets and income projections.
- Ability to ensure timely collection of rent and deposits.
- Ability to handle vendor communications and manage P&Ls.
- Proficiency in real estate management software (RealPage preferred).
- Positive attitude and communication skills.
- Successful drug test.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
