Job Description
SteelHead Management is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead the operation of its portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets. This role focuses on maximizing NOI and cash flow within owned assets, with a team-first and people-first culture. The Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing resident and team members, ensuring property standards, and driving measurable results. They will report directly to the CEO and lead efforts throughout the Richmond, Tidewater, and DC markets.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in real estate and property management.
- 7+ years of related multi-family experience preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- RealPage experience preferred.
