Job Description
Steer is seeking a motivated and collaborative Associate to join their transport policy and solutions team in London and the South East. The role involves developing and promoting client work, leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and delivering excellent public transport projects. They are seeking someone with a strong analytical and communication skills and experience with public sector transport projects in the UK.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of public sector transport projects in London and/or South East
- Experience of leading Local Transport Plan or Strategy development
- Strong and proven client management and work-winning skills
- Ability to make good bid decisions
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Technical expertise and confidence in communicating solutions
- Comfort working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in parallel
