Job Description
The Manager of ACO Performance will be the central driver for meeting our ACO performance targets by leading strategic engagement with our provider partners and acting as their primary accountability partner.
Requirements
- Experience working in an ACO/managed care organization
- 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare operations role
- Recent experience in managing medical group performance for success in value-based care
- Excellent data analysis skills, including the ability to utilize Excel and BI tools to understand challenges
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to build immediate trust across all levels of internal and external stakeholders
