Job Description
Stellar Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager and Acquisition Support to provide engineering solutions for space companies. This role will anchor acquisition planning and execution for command-and-control capabilities within the U.S. Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC). The ideal candidate will have strong acquisition support experience and a deep understanding of the complex environment required to support space systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years acquisition support on complex DoD/Intelligence Community programs (5+ on command-and-control)
- Demonstrated ownership of RFP/SOW/Sections L&M, IMP/IMS integration, and SEP/TEMP alignment
- Stakeholder fluency across Program Executive Office/Program Management Office (PEO/PMO), Contracting (KO/PCO), SE&I, Test, Cyber/RMF, and Operators
- U.S. Citizenship with Top Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain SCI levels (or equivalent)
