The Program Manager serves as the primary coordinator of client care and daily site operations, overseeing staff, managing residential sites, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals with mental health needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in mental health or related field
- Meets Medicaid Rule 140 – Mental Health Professional qualifications
- Knowledge of behavioral science
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Valid Illinois Driver's License in good standing
- Personal vehicle, insurance, and ability to transport clients
