Sales Team Lead im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

As a Team Manager (m/f/d) for our Inside Sales department, you will be responsible for the overall management of approximately 10-12 Inside Sales team members and achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience in managing sales teams, preferably in telephone-based B2B sales
• Goal-oriented working style with clear decision-making and well-developed solution-oriented thinking
• Safe handling of common sales tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI or comparable systems
• Well-developed communication and persuasion skills
• Creative and dynamic working style, as well as the ability to develop innovative approaches with the team
