As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of approximately 10-12 Inside Sales employees, achieving monthly sales targets, and expanding new and existing customers. You will play a decisive role in our growth and business success.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading sales teams, preferably in telephone B2B sales.
- Goal-oriented work style with clear decision-making and well-developed solution-oriented thinking.
- Safe handling of common sales tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI or comparable systems.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Creative and dynamic work style, as well as the ability to develop innovative approaches together with the team to enchant customers and scale successes sustainably.
