Bilboa is looking for an experienced chef to help build a strong kitchen brigade in its new modern tapas restaurant in Haarlem. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a passion for cooking, and be able to work independently and in a team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (independent working chef, sous chef, or head chef)
- Passion for cooking - especially Mediterranean cuisine
- Ability to function well both independently and in a team
- Ability to speak Dutch or English
- Flexibility and stress resistance
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
