Job Description
As a Seasonal Camp Director at Steve & Kate's, you will help run all facets of a self-directed camp, train and lead a team, and oversee day-to-day operations. You will also build relationships with parents and children, and help them overcome fears, discover passions, and find their groove.
Requirements
- At least 25 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- At least 2 prior seasons of Administrative or Supervisory experience in an organized camp or in a Summer Program working with children
- Past management or leadership experience is required; experience hiring and managing teams of 5 or more is preferred
