Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment in the tech industry
- Demonstrated expertise in the holistic management of hiring processes
- Strong communication and advisory skills as a sparring partner for management
- High service orientation and passion for building positive candidate experiences
- Safe handling of modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Fluent English skills in word and writing, good German skills a plus
