Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Stillfront Group is a global game company seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape their talent acquisition strategy and lead the recruiting process for central functions and studios worldwide.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment in the tech industry
• Demonstrated expertise in the holistic management of hiring processes
• Strong communication and advisory skills as a sparring partner for management
• High service orientation and passion for building positive candidate experiences
• Safe handling of modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Fluent English skills in word and writing, good German skills a plus
