Principal Engineer, CRM & MarTech

Stitch Fix is seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to lead their CRM & MarTech team. The role involves designing solutions to attract, engage, and retain customers, as well as leveraging data to inform client lifecycle management. The team supports marketing through insights, data enabling, and personalized experiences. Stitch Fix is a leading online personal styling service.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, 2+ years of experience in technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling resilient microservice architectures.
• Experience working in a Marketing Technology stack (CRM, CDP, email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
• Experience with AWS platform (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
• Previous experience with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Kafka, React, and GraphQL.
