Job Description
This Service Supervisor role involves maintaining the physical facilities and grounds of a community, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal. The position requires assisting the Community Manager with all aspects of maintenance, including grounds upkeep, preventative and corrective maintenance, and emergency preparedness. The role also involves record keeping, budget oversight, and coordination with contractors.
Requirements
- Fifth year college or university program certificate (or equivalent education and experience)
- EPA certification - Universal Level
- HVAC certification required
- Abilities and aptitudes including lifting up to 100 pounds and close vision
