Job Description
This Service Supervisor position maintains the physical infrastructure of a community, ensuring safety and aesthetics. The role involves performing all aspects of maintenance, from groundskeeping and repairs to emergency response and preparing records. The Supervisor assists with move-ins/move-outs, and is also responsible for preventative maintenance. They work closely with the Community Manager to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for residents.
Requirements
- Fifth year college or university program certificate or four years in a service position
- EPA certification - Universal Level
- HVAC certification required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Computer literacy and ability to use office equipment
- Mechanical and organizational skills
