Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and preserving physical facilities, including assisting the Service Supervisor with various maintenance tasks. The position requires a self-starter with strong mechanical and organizational skills.
Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training
- Abilities and Aptitudes: mechanically inclined, results oriented, self-starter
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
