Job Description
The Service Technician assists the Service Supervisor in maintaining the physical facilities of an apartment community. Duties include performing maintenance, assisting in projects, completing work requests, and performing minor repairs. Responsibilities include painting, cleaning, and assisting with equipment replacement and project development.
Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Two years related experience at an apartment community
- Mechanical inclination and ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, constructional, and electrical procedures
