Job Description
The Junior Technical Support Engineer role involves providing solutions to customers using the marketing automation platform Deployteq and working with the support team to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate is a curious and energetic Technical Support Engineer with good knowledge of APIs, SQL, HTML, and CSS, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of APIs, SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills
- At least MBO-4 level education
- Ability to work independently and seek out knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Eager to learn and result-oriented
